The Athenaeum
Challenge: build a broad, rights-aware knowledge base for an online TTRPG and AI-assisted Game Master without allowing research findings to become runtime canon automatically.
Briana's role: product direction, Library recovery priorities, player-agency requirements, rules design, test approval and review.
13 September update: Prologue has 33 connected Library collections, deployed open-ended solo play and PostgreSQL saves. The free-play update passed 26 offline checks and four actual-model cases. Numerical rules are specified in part; implementation is next.

Project Airlock
Challenge: make root-scoped AI governance discoverable before an exact-path write begins.
Briana's role: governance authority, test observer, repair critic, originator of key terminology and approver of the bounded case study.
Evidence: two observed entry paths, one specified acceptance test, a rejected unsafe repair and a preferred repair explicitly labelled unimplemented.

World of Gor Verified Canon Archive
Challenge: create a source-traceable archive capable of answering across distant chapters while protecting provenance and attribution.
Briana's role: mandate owner, source-boundary authority, reviewer and adjudicator of the distinction between originating and extending the system.
Evidence boundary: the public case study uses only approved, high-level structural and attribution facts; extracted canon and private source paths remain excluded.
