Résumé
AI Program Manager
& Human–AI Workflow Designer
Independent product and programme director experienced in translating ambitious, nontechnical goals into governed AI-assisted workflows, evidence-backed deliverables and externally testable outcomes.
Best positioned for roles around AI creative direction, production systems, product design, model evaluation, narrative systems, content governance and human–AI orchestration—especially where a studio needs someone who can bridge creative ambition and operational discipline.
Professional profile
Briana originates and directs creative and technical initiatives spanning AI-assisted knowledge systems, mobile product development, research operations and workflow governance. Her work centres on retaining human authority while coordinating specialised AI collaborators: defining requirements, limiting scope, separating evidence from inference, directing corrections and deciding what is ready to advance.
She brings a nontraditional but deeply practical background to remote AI work: product judgement developed through live projects, demonstrated ability to detect confident but unsupported outputs, and a production discipline built around readback, provenance, finite authorisation and adversarial review.

Selected achievements
Directed The Athenaeum
Established and governed a source-library programme with 40 specialised Library workspaces. Twelve current machine-readable discovery releases contain 618 catalogued candidates, with later-stage candidates progressing through verification, acquisition, extraction and adversarial release review.
Evidence status: read-only filesystem census, 24 August 2026.
Advanced a mobile product to store preparation
Originated and directed PAM, an Android memory-support application, across a 33-stage evidenced workflow. Guided privacy, truthfulness, hardware, security and store-compliance decisions while accurately distinguishing a prepared release from an unsubmitted beta.
Verified state: store setup 9/11; closed test 2/5; zero testers; never submitted.
Diagnosed an AI governance bootstrap failure
Turned inconsistent AI entry behaviour into Project Airlock: a documented case study separating post-discovery control from pre-write activation, rejecting a disruptive repair and defining externally observable triggers and finish lines.
Governed attribution in a canon archive
Preserved the distinction between system origination, later extension and operational execution in the World of Gor Verified Canon Archive. Directed evidence-bounded extraction work while keeping unresolved provenance labelled rather than inferred.
Representative project work
The Athenaeum — programme direction and source governance
Designed and supervised a multi-Library pipeline for an online TTRPG and AI-assisted Game Master. Managed authorisation boundaries, frozen manifests, source-rights review, exception handling, correction releases and adversarial release audits.
PAM Memory Companion — product ownership
Defined the product concept and central user-safety rule, named the product, set business boundaries, required truthful public copy and directed technical corrections. AI collaborators performed implementation under her approval and review.
Project Airlock — AI workflow governance
Commissioned and evaluated a bounded governance mechanism intended to prevent instruction drift, cross-project contamination and unapproved scope expansion. Preserved observed, proposed, implemented and unverified states separately.
World of Gor Verified Canon Archive — knowledge engineering governance
Directed extraction and retrieval requirements built around record identity, source boundaries, confidence and provenance. Required correction when later implementation activity was mistaken for original system authorship.
Tools and environments
ChatGPT and Codex; Claude; source-controlled and manifest-driven workflows; Google Drive; Android cloud-build workflows; Google Play Console; static HTML and Markdown publishing; structured JSON, JSONL and CSV records; local Windows testing; AI-assisted research and verification environments.
This section describes environments used in evidenced projects. It does not claim conventional software-engineering authorship for AI-implemented code.
Remote-work value
- Writes explicit handoffs that survive asynchronous collaboration and context changes.
- Separates proposal, authorisation, execution and verification responsibility.
- Uses finite manifests and stop conditions to control cost and scope.
- Communicates technical risk in plain language without hiding limitations.
- Maintains creative authority while accepting useful specialist recommendations.
